Roy Lichtenstein was born in New York in 1923.
In 1937, he enrolled and Parsons School of Design, NY and in 1940 he studied at the Art Students League in New York.
Lichtenstein work has been presented in numerous exhibitions in the United States and abroad. In 2012, Gary Nader gallery presented the group exhibition Berardo Collection featuring works by Lichtenstein from the collection of Joe Berardo. The show curated by Gary Nader was exhibited at Gary Nader Art Center, Wynwood Arts District, Miami during the celebration of Art Basel, Miami Beach 2012.
